This newly renovated 60 m² apartment with high-quality furnishings offers space for up to four people. Just a few minutes' drive from Friedberg, it is located on the outskirts of the town near fields and meadows on the first floor of a quiet apartment block. Free parking is available on the street.
The open-plan kitchen with bar and view into the spacious, light-flooded living/dining area make this apartment something very special!
High-speed WiFi and a Smart TV including Zattoo and Joyn invite you to switch off after a busy day. There are also books, board games and a Bose Soundlink for your favourite music.
The apartment has a comfortable queen-size bed with extra pillows and hotel-quality bedding as well as a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living area. The entire apartment can be completely darkened thanks to roller shutters. The bedroom has an open wardrobe and an additional Smart TV with free Zattoo and Joyn.
There is also a well-equipped workstation with a comfortable chair, desk lamp, several sockets, USB ports and wireless charging function.
From the dining area, which offers space for four people, you have direct access to the covered balcony, where you can start the day in a relaxed manner or end it in a cosy atmosphere. Garden furniture for two people is available here.
The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen is adjacent to the dining area. The counter area makes it a highlight of the apartment. It has a fridge & freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine including a selection of coffee and tea. Of course, there is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as spices, vinegar and oil.
The modern bathroom has a bathtub where you can also take a shower. Towels, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are included and are available to you free of charge.
For our younger guests, we are happy to provide a baby travel cot (incl. bed linen) and a high chair on request - free of charge, of course. Children's crockery and cutlery as well as a box of toys are also available.
This modern and stylishly furnished apartment is also perfect for longer stays, as it has a free washer-dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron. Valuables can be stored in a safe installed in the apartment.
